The Flavorful Journey of Octavius Pearson

For founder Octavius Pearson, the kitchen was always more than a place to cook—it was a space for creativity, connection, and culture. His food, seasoned with bold and soulful blends, quickly gained a following among friends and family. Encouraged by their demand, Octavius launched a catering business, where his signature “Big Taste” became the talk of every event.

But one question kept coming back: “What’s in your seasoning?” That curiosity sparked a breakthrough. Octavius realized people didn’t just want his food—they wanted the flavors behind it. So he began bottling his blends, making his signature seasonings available to every home cook.
