Section 1: Returns and Exchanges

1.1. Policy: Exchange Only
Nature's Big Taste only accepts returns for an exchange of the same or a different product of equal value. We do not offer cash or store credit for returns.

This policy is in place due to the perishable nature of our products and to maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality for all customers.

1.2. Procedure for Exchange
Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Contact Us: To initiate an exchange, please get in touch with our customer service team at support@naturesbigtaste.com or 888-269-9533 with your order number and the reason for the exchange.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.

Inspection and Processing: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send an email notification to the customer. If the item is in an acceptable condition for exchange, we will process the shipment of the new product within 5-7 business days.

Section 2: Money Back Guarantee

2.1. Policy: 7-Day Money Back Guarantee (Limited)

A full money-back refund is available only for products that are proven to be defective or damaged upon arrival.
The customer must notify us of the issue within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. After this 7-day period, the issue will be handled as an exchange, as per our standard return policy.

2.2. Procedure for Money Back
Notification: The customer must contact our customer service team at support@naturesbigtaste.com or 888-269-9533 within 7 days of receiving the item.

Proof of Damage: The customer must provide photographic evidence of the defective or damaged product and its packaging.

Return/Processing: Once the damage is verified, a full refund will be processed to the original form of payment within 5-10 business days.

Section 3: Card Transaction Failure

3.1. Policy: Two-Time Card Rerun

If a customer's credit or debit card payment fails, we will automatically re-attempt the transaction a maximum of two times. This policy is in place to provide a grace period for temporary issues (e.g., insufficient funds, network errors) while managing our processing fees and operational efficiency.

3.2. Procedure for Failed Payment
First Attempt & Communication: If the initial transaction fails, an automated email notification will be sent to the customer immediately. This email will explain that the payment failed, provide the reason (if available from our payment processor), and inform the customer that a second attempt will be made in 24 hours. The customer will be encouraged to update their payment information or contact their bank.

Second Attempt: The system will automatically attempt a second charge 24 hours after the first failure. If this attempt fails, a second automated email will be sent.

Final Attempt: A final, third attempt will be made 48 hours after the second attempt. If this final attempt fails, the order will be automatically canceled. The customer will receive a final email notification stating that the order has been canceled due to payment failure and they will need to place a new order.

Section 4: Investor Relations

4.1. Policy: Investment Inquiry

Nature's Big Taste is open to conversations with prospective investors who are passionate about our mission and products. We believe in building a transparent and mutually beneficial relationship with our partners.

4.2. Procedure for Investment
Initial Contact: All investment inquiries must be submitted in writing to octavius.pearson@naturesbigtaste.com. The inquiry should include the prospective investor's background, an overview of their investment interests, and their motivation for investing in Nature's Big Taste.

Confidentiality Agreement: If we determine there is a potential for a partnership, we will require the prospective investor to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect our proprietary business information.

Investor Deck & Discussion: Once the NDA is signed, we will provide our official Investor Deck, which includes our mission, market analysis, financial projections, and future growth strategy. A meeting will then be scheduled with our leadership team to discuss the investment opportunity in more detail.

Due Diligence: We will work with a prospective investor's team to complete the due diligence process and move forward with the necessary legal and financial agreements.
